We offer reliable per-visit snow clearing and salting services with options to match your driveway size and safety needs.
Service Trigger: We come out after each snowfall event that reaches 4 cm or more.
Service Window: We aim to clear your property within 10 hours after the snowfall ends.
We base our pricing on the size of your driveway:
Small Driveway: 0–600 sq ft
Medium Driveway: 601–1000 sq ft
Large Driveway: 1001–1500 sq ft
Note: All prices are per visit and exclude HST.

Salt-only visit rates:
Small: $35 per salt-only visit (plus HST)
Medium: $45 per salt-only visit (plus HST)
Large: $65 per salt-only visit (plus HST)
We offer two main ways to work with us:
Option A – Seasonal Contract
Fixed fee for the full winter season (all snow above the trigger threshold).
Contact us for a custom seasonal quote based on your driveway size and needs.
Option B – Per Visit / Per Push
Pay per clearing visit plus any additional de-icing or walkway services as needed.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due before the start of the season (November 1) or when the contract is signed (prorated if later).
Monthly installment options are available from November 1 to April 15.
Service is only rendered after payment has been received.
We attend after the snowfall ends and once 4 cm or more has accumulated.
In the event of a major storm (where snowfall is at least twice the trigger amount, i.e., 8 cm or more), multiple visits may be required.
De-icing (salting) may occur before, during, or after the snow event, depending on your selected plan.
We do not scrape hard-packed snow or ice; choose a plan with salting to help prevent buildup.
We cannot guarantee timing around city plows. If city plows leave a ridge (windrow) at the end of your driveway after our visit, on-call windrow service is available at your per-push rate.
To help us serve you safely and efficiently:
Remove vehicles (if possible), outdoor furniture, toys, or other obstacles before service.
Ensure safe and unobstructed access to driveway, walkway, and sidewalks.
Inform us of any hazards, steep slopes, or special instructions (e.g., fragile landscaping).
We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or hidden items under snow.
We assume no liability for slips or falls occurring before service has been rendered or after we have completed our visit.
Municipal sidewalks within your property line are cleared with every visit.
We do not service gravel driveways or locations requiring snow to be hauled offsite.
Pricing adjustments may apply for excessive walkways, sidewalks, or additional areas.
